"questo rosato nasce dalla vinificazione in bianco di uve rosse, fermenta con i propri lieviti. a temperatura libera in un tinello aperto troncoconico per sei giorni. e termina la fermentazione in damigiane da 54 litri dover rimane fino alla preimavera subenido solo due travasi in luna calante uno ai primi di novembre e uno a febbraio. viene imbottigliato a mano con la prima luna di marzo e non si aggiunge solforosa in nessuna fase della vinificazione"= "this wine is born of the vinification of white wine from red grapes, fermented on its own yeasts without temperature control in a small open top fermentation vessel for six days. the fermentation was finished in small 54 liter glass demijohns where the wine remained until spring, undergoing only two rackings during the waning moon, one at the beginning of november and one in february. it was bottled by hand during the first moon of march and there were no additions of sulfur at any point during the winemaking process"
