da sempre coltivata nelle zone pedemontane della nostra regione, prediligendo terreni magri ed asciutti ben esposti e ventilati.
produce un uva che a maturazione assume un bel colore giallo quasi dorato.
con uva vinificazione leggera e rispettosa si ottiene un vino asciutto, citrino, di media gradazione con un profumo fresco di acacia e di limoncella.
e ideale come apertivo ma si sposa bene anche a minestre, pesci, ostriche e dondoli.
