this property belonged to the baron christophe de cayla. this wonderful estate is ideally located at the heart of the premières côtes de bordeaux appellation on the municipality of rions at 30 kms at the south of bordeaux. this vineyard of 24 hectares is planted on a high quality argilo rocky terroir and matured with one year in oak barrels, this strong and fruity wine is ideally tasted with red or white meats, grills or cheeses. you can appreciate this wine young and also keep it from 1 to 10 years. recommended temperature:17 °c.
