translation: aged and bottled by traditional method, this wine may present on one day in the course of its evolution, a noble and natural deposit. this is a sign of life in the bottle. we preserve this deposit from filtration it enlivent the life of its intrinsic quality. take care to preserve these bottles at a constant temperature of 12-15 degrees centigradeand at a minimum level of humidity of 80-85%. if these conditions are not respected, the quality and ageing potential will be endangered.
