the art of the vodka distiller is in the isolation of the ineffable spirit of the fruit. making use of apples from the center of america?s premier orchard region, the distillers at tuthilltown carefully ferment and distill freshly pressed cider to extract the purest fruit spirits.
then then set aside the ?heart? of each batch for a third distillation. this extra step produces an exceptionally smooth fruit spirit that exits the still at 191 proof and is brought to drinking strength of 80 proof with our own deep well water.
our apples are pressed at local orchards located just down the road from the distillery. this premium vodka is hand made from start to finish, one batch at a time. it is the essential spirit of the beautiful hudson river valley.
