this is a white table wine
translation: the chateauneuf du pape blanc vieilles vines is produced from the grape roussanne originating from 50 year old vines. these vines are cultivated naturally so that the wine produced is the perfect expression of the terroir. after a manual harvest, a traditional fermentation without levurage is done for 50% in oak piece of 225 and for 50% cuve. the wine is aged for a year in barrels before being put in bottles without filtration temperature. it can present a natural deposit that does not affect the quality. only 500 cases of this very special wine were produced.
