the chateau beaulieu produces some grand vins de bordeaux situated in salignac gironde. it belongs to the comte de tastes. the person in charge of the vineyard, vianney de tastes, has set up some thoughtful rules completed with a winemaking process adapted to this large terroir.
the aim is to obtain a ripe and concentrated fruit in low yield. hand harvested and aged in new oak barrels, each vine produces only one bottle of wine of 75 cl at 13% vol.
