this wine is made of 84% syrah and 16% cabernet sauvignon grapes. the grapes were harvested in select vineyard characterized by low yields and excellent quality of fruit. during the manufacturing process, the wine was aged for 12 months in
225-liter oak barrels. further aging in the bottle will improve the wine's development and enable it to get to its pick. contains sulfites. not kosher. bottled in january 2008. produced and bottled by flam winery, yaar hakdoshim, israel. deposit 25 israeli cents.13.9 %
