carinae (latin: from carina). carina is one of the most stunning constellations in the southern sky, situated in the miky way, is comprised of a multitude of stars. carina looks upon our vineyards every night during harvest.
this wine was crafted from grapes harvested in our perdiel estate vineyards. having harvested the fruit at ideal ripeness, the wine is characterized by intense color, concentration, volume and aromas typical of malbec: berries, plum, and a hint of vanilla inspired by oak.
