translation for back label:in monesma de san juan, pediana de lleche, in the lower somontano, we grow cabernet sauvignon, merlot and syrah that we harvest with a slight over-ripeness, fermented and macerated for 12 days on the skins. varietals 45% cabernet sauvignon, 33% syrah, 22% merlot. to keep the method of elaboration natural, the wine has not undergone any filtration process and therefore may show some sediments. decant one hour before serving. serve at 14 -16 degrees.
