vena cava. big blend 2011. even when i tell people all kind of stories about the hard work at the winery in order to make good wine, i don't always tell about the spells i send to the grapes to make sure it happens. the magic begins long time before. expert hands give form to the grapes, at the same time their roots go deeper into old land. we take care of the plants while the sun ripens them, and when harvest time arrives, grapes are full of taste and spirit of this land. i catch the genie and put it in a bottle. it's in you to let it out. good luck with your 3 wishes. cheers! phil
