carinae (latin: from carina). carina is one of the most stunning constellations in the southern sky, situated in the milky way, is comprised of a multitude of stars. carina looks upon our vineyard every night during harvest.
this wine has been produced with grapes from our vineyard. through carefull vinification we have extracted and amplified all the red fruit aromas that define this variety. destined to be consumed young. serve at 8-10 degress celsius and with lightly condimented meals.
