50% of city winery's wine are produced for "members" , we are customing wine for each members, to avoid the member to resale their wine (without proper licence), we are precising "member wine, not for resale" to make sure there are no misunderstanding between members and city winery.
we did more than 200 member applications within the last 2 years, reviewed by many ttb agents and this "member wine, not for resale" never caused problem in the past. is ttb regulation changed recently.
