pinot meunier, is the only varietal used for this wine, the grape has found its terroir of excellence in the marne valley. this vineyard is over 60 years old and is planted over a unique sub-soil made form clay and lime, called 'sparnacien'.
harvested on the 20th of september 2002, the grapes were vinified naturally in barrels and then bottled on the 23rd of july 2003 by benoit tarlant, the 12th generation wine grower. disgorged on june 22nd 2010, this rare and surprising wine from champagne will bring an intense and unforgettable taste.
