su autor asi lo describe: la cadencia de su caida en copa nos habla de su armonioso cuerpo. oscuros matices morados sobre profundo color rojo picota muestran su cuidada elaboracion y lenta evolucion tras 16 meses de crianza en barrics de roble frances y americano. combinan aromas de variedad, fermentacion y crianza. acaricia en su entrada en la boca para despues expresar su rica textura con exuberancia y de nuevo vuelven los aromas de las bayas y de las dulces y tostadas maderas. es ideal para acompanamiento de quesos fuertes, asados, caza y tradicionales platos mediterraneos. es muy importante para su conservacion mantenerlo a temperatura de bodega entre 16 y 18 c. ligero filtrado con lo que con el teimpo puede aparecer un sedimento natural.
