front2/other: in bodegas san rafael we discover that in the valley of ojos negros, located at km 38 east of ensenada, and 820 m of height, the extreme temperatures and purity of the water makes unique grapes. blending our wines with singular aromas and delicate flavors. passion 2007. 60% cabernet sauvignon, 17% merlot, 20% cabernet franc, 3% petit verdot. passion is a blend of the best in harvest. deep red color and brilliant, with intense cherry, blackcurrant and raspberries aromas. 18 months of aging in french and american oak barrels, provide light butter and caramel notes, adding character and complexity. in mouth, it has a balanced harmony between acidity, sugar and astringency, soft palate but strong structure and elegant. excellent to pair with meats, aged cheeses and chocolate desserts.
