the area is made up of a plot of 2.5 acres and was planted with 1996 with chardonnay vines chosen for their typicality and low yield. the first harvest was made in 2000, giving a very interesting wine.
since then, of course, this plot has seen the potential of its wines rise. in addition, to maximize, we prefer to make wine using the burgundian tradition of barrels.
it gives a fine wine, elegant, long finish, the taste of a delicate muscat. this is a dry wine, to be served chilled, at a temperature of 12 degrees celsius to have a good conservation. enjoy it with any type of fish in sauce, asparagus, sweet sauce, fresh goat cheeses, poultry in sauce, jelly or of course any meals cooked meals in burgundy. plus you can just drink it alone as an aperitif as the chardonnay grape variety is the royal variety of champagne. to your health!13.0 %
