front2/other. name: alisio 2008. reserve from santo tomas valley. variety: expression of chardonnay grape. location: planks 18,19,20b and 21 southeast. wine tech: fermented in barrel and aged 6 months in new french oak barrel. color: yellow with gold sparkles. aroma: spicy with notes of pineapple in syrup and vanilla. taste: elegant, low evolution, balanced with a long finish. texture: creamy. tasting harmony. typical plate: chiles in nut sauce. regular plate: spaguetti with butter and shrimp. elegant plate: pinenut cream, lobster.
