il fiano di baal e' prodotto con uve selezionate per esprimere la richezza del fiano della costa di salerno. viene vinificato con una breve macerazione e affinato sur lies per tre mesi prima dell'imbottigliamento. i suoi aromi ricordano la pesca bianca e la mela annurca, il miele di acacia ed i fiori di camomilla. ottimo compago per la buona cucica, da tutto pasto.
english translation: the fiano from baal is produced with a selection of grapes that express the richness of fiano from the coast of salerno. it is vinified with a short maceration on the skins and stay on the lees for three months prior to bottling. the aromas remind one of white pear, apple, honey and camomile. great companion to good cooking of any course.
