ce vin est issu d'un choix rigoureax de parcelles travailles en viticulture rainsonee. les raisins de
grenache et syrah, a maturite optimum ont ete recoltes a la fraicheur de la nuit pour en preserver
les aromes. une maceration puis une fermentation lente a basse temperature ont permis de
conserver le fruit naturel des baies. n'hesitez pas a le carafer avant de le boire a 16/18c maximum. =
this wine comes from a rigorous selection of plots, all worked sustainably. the grenache and syrah
grapes were harvested at optimum freshness during the night to preserve the aromas. slow
maceration and fermentation at low temperature allowed the juice to retain the berries' natural
fruit flavors. do not hesitate to decant it before drinking at 16/18c maximum.
