red wine - since 1860 until the vintage 2011, alexandre d"andoque, joseph, jean, jacques and nicolas de saint-exupery, 5 generations of wine makers have succeeded in the process of making high quality wines at chateau pech-celeyran. a vineyard of 96 hectares in the land of clape, this blend of mediterranean grape varieties offers a wine with soft character which accents languedoc. this delightful wine is best enjoyed at room temperature. it is full bodied with delicate flavors and aromas of red fruits and spices. it goes beautifully with red meats, complex cheeses and tapas.
