other label translation: the estate migliavacca, owned by the family since 1920, brezza is a self-sufficient farm & family business. by 1964, among the first in italy, adopts the method of biodynamic farming, which does not involve the use of any chemical and increases soil fertility and life quality of its products, in deep respect of nature and its rhythms. to optimize this, alongside vineyards, in the same company produces forage and cereals to feed cattle for the production of organic substance. the wine is obtained exclusively from grapes, fermented naturally and is aged in large oak barrels. separation of sediment takes place exclusively through racking.
