translation for foreign text on back label:
château lanessan, property of 100 hectares, is located in the commune of cussac-fort-medoc, just to the south of saint-juien-beychevelle.
the proportion of grape varieties is traditional: a large majority of cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc completed by merlot and petit verdot. each grape variety brings flavors and scents which are enhanced by the others.
tradition and modern techniques complement each other in order to obtain a wine which will get better with age, in spite of light dregs which is a sign of the respect with which treat our wine.
in order for all its qualities to express themselves, we suggest that the wine be decanted and served at 17/18°c to accompany red meat and game dishes.
