translation: chateauneuf-du-pape blanc vieilles vignes is produced from roussanne grapes coming from vines that are more than 70 years old. these vines are cultivated naturally, so that the produced wine is the perfect expression of the soil. after harvest by hand, it followed by traditional fermentation without the addition of yeast, it is done 50% in oak barrel and 50% out of the tank.the wine is then kept for one year on its fine dregs before being bottled. it has not been sterilized, it might present a natural deposit of tartar. but that does not affect its quality. only 500 cases of this very special wine have produced.
