albari?o pedralonga is made and bottled by wine-grower francisco alfonso reboreda in godos (caldas de reis) province of pontevedra, spain with the appellation of origin that belongs to the regulating council of the region rias baixas. this 75 cl bottle with 12% alcohol by vol., with re. 40862-po, belongs to the 2003 vintage and lot 12/04. the grape used, 100% 2003 albari?a, ripens on the sandy and elevated soil of the valle del umia, which in the fall yields a small production, but of great quality. the balance between the work on the vine and our careful traditional approach ? that follows the lunar cycles ? complete the process of production and bring about a great wine that does not need later adjustments or additions. due to the absence of filtration, at times, the albari?o pedralonga can have sediment that in no way affects its quality. we recommend drinking it at cellar temperature, between 10 and 12 degrees centigrade.
