tardivo ma non tardo ( delayed but not late is the literal translation , but it is a fancy name , i contacted the producer and he clarified the fact. i am sorry for the mistake in the translation.the denomination verdicchio dei castelli di jessi classico is a denomination for dry white wines only. therefore there are no residual sugars in this wine . i have personally speak with the winemaker and he told me that they have choose the name because this wine is the last one they have in the production.
