it is a traditional wine cut coming from malbec grapes of the zone of andrade in the rivadavia department with cabernet sauvignon and merlot from our property "el zorzal".
elaboration techniques: under ecological norms with natural irrigation by originating water overflowing of the defrosting of the andes.
fermentation and maceration: prolonged in small-50 hectoliters- stainless steel tanks. natural sterilization during 2 to winters. the care and elaboration hygiene allowed us to complete vinivication without filtration. due to its great capacity of guard it may produce sediment throughout bottle maturation thus the use of a decanter is advised when serving it. temperature recommended 16 to 18 c.

spanish text: es un corte tradicional de vino procedente de uvas malbec de la zona de andrade en el departamento rivadavia con cabernet y merlot de nuestra finca el zorzal. tecnicas de laboreo: bajo normas ecologicas con riego natural por desborde de agua proveniente del deshielo de los andes. fermentación y maceracion: prolongada en pequeños tanques de 50 hectolitros de acero inoxidable. esterilizado natural durante 2 inviernos. la sanidad y extrema higiene de elaboración nos permitio llegar a su fraccionamiento sin filtrado alguno. debido a su gran capacidad de guarda puede producir sedimento a lo largo de su añejamiento en botella por lo que se aconseja el uso de un decantador al servirlo; entre 16 y 18 c. malbec 85%, cabernet sauvignon 10% merlot 5%.
