la croix chevaliere is the result of work done only in the best vintages. the product of low yield vines, cultivated with the greatest care and sorted by hand; aged slowly in small oak barrels for 15 months, this wine is bottles without filtration to preserve all its flavors. the expression of its field origin - the conjunction of favorable climatic conditions and the attentive work of man make a perfect ensemble. 14,000 bottles and 300 magnums of la croix chevaliere were made. 56% syrah, 25% mourvedre and 19% cabernet sauvignon. color: dark, deep purple. nose: full with notes of white tobacco, torrefaction and black currant. taste: rich, strong, structured and persistant, nice concentration of ripe fruits.
