back label: cavas valmar is a small winery, established in ensenada, bc in 1983. founded by the valentin and martain family. it is noted for its zeal in expermenting with winemaking possibilities of the region. this tempranillo was elaborated with grapes harvested at 24 brix in the san vicente valley, with classic bordeaux fermentation and aged in french oak barrels. deep pomegranate color, red and ripe fruit aromas, good body, equilibrium and balance.
