we had to wait almost a century to re-establish the tradition of the becker ?gentil?. we wanted this ?renaissance? to be ?biological?, as proof of our dedication to these ?new? values ? values which already obtained back in the days when the horse, the plow, sulfur and bordeaux mixture ruled the vineyard.
