this wine is made of 88% cabernet sauvignon, 6% merlot and 6% petit verdot grapes which where hand picked in select vineyard of in upper galilee, characterized by low yields per 1/4 acre. the wine was aged for 18 months in french oak barrels. further aging in the bottle will improve the wine's development and enable it to get to its pick. contains sulfites. not kosher. bottled in may 2007. produced and bottled by flam winery, yaar hakdoshim, israel. deposit 25 israeli cents.14.8 %
