rully is in burgundy in the heart of the chalonnaise district, planted in argil-limestone soil and the grapes are harvested manually. this long summer vinifies in a long and traditial way. we take great care particulary to the choice of the stave woods. this wine has summer aged during one year new in 25% oak barrels. the setting out of bottles is effected by us in our climate-controlled cellars. this wine's fruit and florals are of a good constitution thanks to the natural tannins and will be able to be preserved 5 years or more at cellar temperature if it is a constant (12-13 degrees c). you will fully appreciate its qualities by tasting it in a room (15-16 degrees c) with red meats, with or without sauces or with cheeses that are not too strong.
