after the first 100 years of the creation of the winery, we developed this magnificent blend with our best merlot, cabernet franc and malbec grapes in tribute to the founder and pioneer in the patagonia: the engineer humberto canale.

aging: 18 months in french and american oak barrels.
aging in the bottle: 24 months in controlled temperature and humidity.
aging potential: 15 years.
vintage: 2005.
production: 2500 bottles.
alcohol: 14% by volume " acidity: 4.95 g/l " ph : 3.75 " residual acidity: 2.65 g/l.
winemaker notes: intense red color with violet tone, aromas of black and red fruit preserves, with notes of vanilla and chocolate. delicate spicy notes add complexity. unctuous in the mouth, with ripe tannins that bring a sweet sensation. structured and elegant, with a persistent finish. a wine with a great personality.
