this is a keg collar, that will be placed on top of the keg. the kegs are wrapped with a sticker that says "free flow wines" and have free flow wines etched into the handels. in addition the labels indicate three fill sizes (see previous ttb memo indicating this is approved for wine in keg). the blank box is for a upc code. net contents of the package will be indicated by the checking (with permanent marker) the correct volume (either 10l, 15l or 19.5l) on the label. this is a similar practice to the beer industry.
