front/other. name: sirocco 2005. reserve from santo tomas valley. variety: expression of sirah grape. location: plank 40a, 40b, 41a and 41b southeast. wine tech: 15 months in new french oak barrels. color: red violet semideep. aroma: violets with fruity notes like nance and plum compote. taste: good mouth, balanced with a tanic structure for a long smoky finish. texture: lightly velvety. tasting harmony. typical plate: black mole. regular plate: carne asada tacos, meat tampico's way. elegant plate: meat with pepper, pork with plum.
back. sirocco reserve 2005. lifted to the points of my juicy fingers, i caressed the tender green leaves and finished, rain after, transformed in wine.
