translation from spanish to endlish:in the back label: this wine comes from vineyards, which have many years of life and we feel as part of our lineage, blood of our family. one limited 6,100 bottles production that expresses the history of this land and its people; and also represents the prestige of our family achieved through nearly a century of hard work. in the front label: variety: 100% malbec. vineyards: lujan de cuyo. elaboration: selected clusters and grains. grains are softly separated from stems in order to keep quality. maceration: cool maceration for 7 days in cement pools independently refrigerated. fermentation: with selected yeasts and at controlled temperature between 25ºc to 26ºc, three daily pump-over and two daily recirculation. aging: 18 months in french oak barrels of first use. warehouse: 12 months in bottles. color: deep color, with violet-red hues, characteristic of malbec. nose: intense and complex aromas. well amalgamated red and black fruits with vanilla hints, black chocolate and smoke coming from aging in french oak barrels. mouth: sweet at the beginning, with soft tannins of great structure and body with aromatic notes.
