translation of the spanish wording:
"atamisque" is an indigenous bush 2-3 meters high that spontaneously grows around the winery and gave the name to the estate where the winery is located.
composition: 100% cabernet sauvignon.
vines: yield 7000 kg./ha., located at 1200 m over the sea level.
collect: manual in boxes of 18 kg.
harvest: beginning may 2007.
elaboration: hand crushed, fermented and macerated in stainless steel tanks, temperature controlled.
aging: 14 months in new french oak barrels.
bottled: december 2008.
description. color: deep dark red, with black glints.
aroma: red fruit jam combined with a note of red bell pepper, slightly spiced, hint of vanilla and chocolate
mouth: bodied. very structured, nice tannins; in the mouth a nice gathering of red fruits, spices, and notes of graphite, the long aging in barrel gives it complexity with descriptors such as vanilla, cacao, and chocolate.
