aged and bottled by traditional method, this wine presents, or may present on one day in the course of its evolution, a nobel and natural deposit. this is a sign of the life of the wine in the bottle. we preserve this deposit from filtration it enlivens the life of its intrinsic quality. take care to preserve these bottles at a constant temperature of 12 -15 degrees centigrade and at a minimum level of humidity of 80-85%. if these conditions are not respected, the quality and ageing potential will be endangered.
