this dolcetto comes from the vineyard "schiena del crottino" in rodello,belonging to the agricultural farm owned by mario giribaldi.the altitude is 380 meters above sea level,facing south west.the soil is sufficientley thin,argillaceous,marl calcareous,positioned on layer of rock wich allows an ideal maturation of the grapes.
characteristics of the wine
it is a wine with an intense ruby red colour,with violet reflexes.to the nose it is very vinous with violet sensations,and higlights of mature fruit such as cherries and blacberries.full and structured in the mouth, an important wine wich softly wraps the sweet notes of fruit like raspberry and bilberry.
