vinification and ageing: traditional vinification in wooden, stainless steel and concrete vats, aged for 18 months in french oak barrels.
blend: cabernet sauvigon and cabernet franc make up 2/3 of the blend, the remaining third being made up of merlot.
serving: it is preferable to carafe the wine, ideally 2 hours before tasting.
