the color is a deep, bright red with purple highlights. on the nose complex aromatic notes of black berries (blackberries, blueberries and black currants) and violet. some spices and hints of vanilla complete the balance. on the palate the fleshy body together with a true freshness give this wine a harmonious sensation. freshness and melted tannins allow us to appreciate this wine today. but can also be aged for a minimum of 10 years. to be served with red meats, venison and fowls cooked in sauces.
