secco prodotto nel versante ovest dei colli euganei su terreni di marna calcarea, e al 100% moscato giallo; le uve vengono vinificate in bianco senza aggiunta di lieviti di fermentazione e l'affinamento avviene in vasche di cemento vetrificato in cui il vino svolge naturalmente la stabilizzazione e la malolattica. il vino non subisce filtrazione ed e' prodotto da uve ottenute con il metodo dell'agricoltura biologica. means... manufactured in the dry western side of the euganean hills on land calcareous marl. 100% moscato giallo grapes are vinified without the addition of yeast. fermentation and aging takes place in vitrified cement vats where the wine undergoes natural stabilization and malolactic fermentation. the wine does not undergo filtration and it is made from grapes produced by the organic farming methods.
