manufactured by sun sagrantino grapes are hand picked and vinified by gravity, mature first 6 months in barrels, then 9 months in bottles. it has an intense ruby color with garnet reflections, intense bouquet of wild berries and spices, hot taste, full bodied and persistent, long finish. it goes well with red meats, game and seasoned cheeses. and a wine with great growth prospects. serve at 18 centigrade. this wine has not been filtrado, therefore, can result in natural deposits.
