this unique wine of powerful color dark mahogany and paladar intense comes from the maturation of the grapes pedro ximenez that have aged during but of 30 years in boots of american oak, safe from the silence of our warehouses. those are these 30 minimos years of aging that confer to our 1780 garvey categoria of vors. very old rare sherry. this limited production corresponds to the qualification on the part of the regulating advice of the denomination of origin sherry in date 28 of november of 2000, of 400 liters equivalent to 530 bottles.
