from the center of the city, directing us along the road to asti, on our right we find road colombaro, that climb on the hill where, between its vineyards, it?s situaded the ? colombaro farm?. the superficial exposed to the sun from morning to evening, is cultivated to vineyards of moscato, barbera and dolcetto. of this last n. 4,650 barbatelle (vine-plants) have been planted on a surface of 10.500 mq. the grapes were been gathered the last week of september. respecting the ancient traditions peasants, after the wine-making and careful decantings, this wine has been put in bottle in waning moon of march. the eventual sediment on the bottom of the bottle, is index of genuineness of the product (natural wine).13.0 %
