este vino es el maximo exponente de calidad de los vinos de vina ijalba. es nuestro vino de "alta expression", entendiendo como tal, un vino de gran estructura, cuerpo y color, pero a su vez dotado de una elegancia que lo personaliza. es el unico vino en el mundo elaborado con un 50% de graciano y un 50% de tempranillo. se ha vendimiado en cajas a mano, de nuestras vinas mas viejas y menos productivas, habiendose seleccionado racimo por racimo un una cinta de seleccion. la crianza se ha realizado en barricas de roble frances durante dos anos y el resto en la botella. ijalba reserva es un vino de guarda que solo se elabora de anadas excepcionales y que puede mejorar en botella, en buenas condiciones, durante un minimo de 15 anos. = this wine is the highest demonstration of quality of the vina ijalba wines. it is our "high expression" wine that is understood to be a wine of great structure, body, color but at the same time an elegance that gives it personality.
it is the only wine in the world that is made with 50% graciano and 50% tempranillo. it has been harvested by hand from our oldest and lowest production vines, and each cluster selected by hand. the wine has been aged in new french barrels for two years and the rest in bottle.
ijalba reserva is select wine that is only created in special harvests that will improve in the bottle in good condition for at least 15 years.
