this wine, produced from the villa vineyard, situated at an altitude of around 280 metres, is an expression of the most ancient historic site in the negrar valley, where the cultivation of the vine has been documented since 971 ad. the vineyard is cultivated on the pergola system and has south-eastern exposure, with silty-clay soil that overlays limestone bedrock. this wine is characterized by its distinctive aromas, showing pronounced notes of marinated cherries and black pepper. the freshness and vibrancy of flavours is at once both serious and engaging.
