galileo said that wine is solar light contained in water, and probably thought that he drank too much at night, that watching over his telescope, saw those moons spinning around jupiter and realized that earth was not the center of everything. this turn upside down our vision of the world. here in our winery, made of boats turned over the world seems to be upside down, but a glass of vena cava light makes everything go back to its place. unless this is what caused the problem at the beginning. maybe as a result of the freshness of 2010, this vintage started early to reveal the most subtle tones, when i always thought that wine gets better with age; the more older i am, the more i like wine. i hope you enjoy drinking this wine as much as i enjoyed making it. cheers! phil.
