avas valmar is a small winery, established in ensenada, bc, in 1983. founded by the valentin and martain family. it is noted for its zeal in experimenting with winemaking possiblities of the region. this chenin blanc was made with grapes harvested in santo toma valley, cold fermented and aged in cellars at controlled temperature. clear light yellow color, clean and brilliant, fruity and floral. dry with good body and balance.
