with reference to your authorization request regarding the use of a new label/packaging, for business purposes it has been authorized by law: ce 834/2007, we can advise you that:
-the authorization of the use of the logo "usda organic" on the label/packaging, following the agreement between the european union and the usa for business purposes referencing organic products, results in a confirmation to the rule nop for organic products and therefore reconfirms this fact.
we are attaching a copy of the labels with the approval for authorization.
please note that this current authorization is in exclusive agreement to the law and declared as required (and mentioned above) for the regulation of organic products.
